What data we process
- Voluntary contact data. If you reach out via WhatsApp or email, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, message content) solely to reply and manage the relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Income calculator. Estimates run entirely in your browser: the values you enter are never sent to or stored on our servers.
- Technical logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc.; like any hosting provider, it may record technical logs (IP address, requests) for security and service delivery.
Meta pixel (only with your consent)
If you accept via the banner, we use the Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd pixel to measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns (page views, calculator use, contact clicks). The pixel sets cookies and transfers data to Meta under its privacy policy.
Without your consent the pixel is not loaded and no marketing cookie is set. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time: click here to reset your consent and the banner will appear again on your next visit.
Retention
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any contractual relationship. Pixel data follows Meta's retention terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing by writing to hello@oltremare.dubai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
